Mahbub Choudhury is the founder of “The peoplez coach”. The name brand he has given himself was recently established late this year of 2010. He has over 16 years of on going experience in the arena of fitness which includes, recreational bodybuilding, powerlifting, boxing, martial arts and crazy stunt exhibitions of mind over matter events.
Mahbub has coached with many, people from all different walks of life and backgrounds, ranging from people with disabilities, to over weight and under weight people. He personally coaches people who have mental barriers, fears and worries, through his empowering techniques which helps people to understand and rediscover what they really can do if they put there mind to it. Mahbub has also worked with young children, through his experience he has come to know that children need fun and enjoyable activities to enhance and excel in there learning as the same rule applies to adults. Mahbub quotes that “Education has no purpose if progress has not been made”
Mahbub believes that “by helping others helps you grow richer”. Learning new things about yourself and others along the way in the path of personal development. To this day Mahbub still remains committed to the life of learning. In addition Mahbub has performed at the Qatar fanar expo where he did a live exhibition performance of stunts which includes pulling a van with his teeth using a long chain and lifting a 60kilogram weight on his jaw which he holds an unofficial world record for having the world’s strongest jaw and also balancing on a ball whilst doing bicep curls with a bar, crazy press ups of different styles.

Mahbub spends his time empowering people in as many little ways as he can on a daily basis from a handshake, to good words and a smile. He believes that too much time is spent on negative thinking which wastes time from doing productive things that can help you develop and move forward. Positive thinking along with positive action is the step forward in making progress.
